Every Commission Season shirt is printed to order in the USA. We stand behind the size, the fit and the print.

What's covered. If your shirt is the wrong size, the fit isn't what you wanted, or it arrives misprinted or damaged, contact us within 30 days of delivery. You choose: a full refund of the item price, or a replacement in the size you need.

How to start. Email inquiry@commissionseason.com with your order number and a photo of the shirt. For a misprint or damage, include a photo that shows the problem. We'll reply within 2 business days.

What we may ask for. We may ask for additional photos or for the item to be returned before issuing a refund.

Replacements. We cover shipping on every replacement.

Refunds. Refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5–10 business days to show up.
